Please look at the bottom of this page (under Support Policy Summary) for our support policy summary, containing important information regarding our working hours and our support policy. Thank you!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Trying to run site transfer, but it only shows a modal with the message: "error"

Nothing more. It uploads the kickstart files, but not the backup archive.

Log file is here.

Hello,

which connection method are you using for the transfer?
What's the size of your backup archive?

FTP using CURL, 5mb is the archive transfer mode. But the back file itself is 44mb.

Please try to apply a part size of 10Mb.
Sometimes FTP servers block the creation of large files.

But I've been running this on the same server a long time. No issues.

I'll have to try with some other sites as well, to see if it's the same error there.
If so, it's either some changes on server or a issue with Admin Tools.

Since I've set transfer size to cap at 5mb, it surely wont work with 10mb if the server is strict regarding large files?

If you didn't touch anything and it was always working, it means that something changed on server side.
The most common issue with FTP transfer is the size or one of the two servers decided to block FTP connections.
Please try to lower the size of your archive, if it's still blocked, try to toggle the passive mode.
If it's still blocked, it means that the connection is blocked and you have to perform the transfer in the manual way.
