Description of my issue:
Hi,
I recently had an issue with one of the sites I look after. A virus had gotten into the server that the site was hosted on and wrecked havoc accross the websites loaded on it. I was able to recover the website and get it back up and running but not without issues.
Whenever I try to update to the latest version of Akeeba or Admin Tools, I get the following error
Warning
JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths.
Cannot create destination folder
Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: lib_fof30.zip
Message
Error updating package.
I've checked the tmp directory path and that's configured correctly. I've also tried doing a manual install of the latest version but also without success. I did have a look through the other support tickets to see if anyone had the same issue but nothing matched what I'm experiencing.
Whenever I try to do a backup in Akeeba or access Admin Tools, I get an error message saying "An error has occurred. 500 FOF 3.0 is not installed"
What would you recomend I do?
Thanks!
