Hello Nicholas,

I checked in admintools / backend that all the chains present in the english source "en-GB.com_admintools.ini" are present in the French version "fr-FR.com_admintools.ini"

I discovered 28 lines in comments which are to be deleted because the chains exist

How are we certain for all the files that all the chains of the source are present in the French version ?

I do not understand what "chains" and "channels" are supposed to mean. If the language files work, ignore their content structure. I am not going to go through each one of the thousands of language files to remove the comments which were added by Transifex.

Ok so that you do not browse each of the thousands of language files to remove the comments. Do you have a solution for me to do it manually?

The space is irrelevant. The following are all equivalent:

Whitespace before the key, before the equals sign and before the opening double quote is ignored in INI files.

Regarding the comments, please do ignore them. They are NOT important in any way. At some point in the future I might write a solution to remove them. However, this is extremely low on my priority list: comments are not breaking anything and writing software for removing them does not pay our bills. I have prioritized some specific new features and Joomla 4 compatibility which will lead in improved sales. No good removing the comments in the language files if there is no business making the software which the language files are for, right? ;)
