Description of my issue:
I can not find chinese Language pack of akeeba backup.

Please take a look at our announcement from February 2017. We had to discontinue the official translations because the cost to maintain them was disproportional to their added value to us.

In the meantime we were looking for alternatives to the outrageously expensive hosted services. We are currently in the process of launching a self-hosted translation service which is affordable and will allow us to offer once more translations to our clients.

In the meantime you can still use the old translation files which were last updated in February.
