Description of my issue:

When i set a cronjob in Cpanel, i get this e-mail. Backup does not start.
Can you tell me what goed wrong?

Message:

Hello,

it seems that the cronjob tries to execute directly the backup script, instead of passing it to the PHP executable.
Usually the cronjob command should be something like this:

path/to/php /home/alphamep/public_html/cli/akeeba-backup.php
Where path/to/php is the actual path to your PHP executable.
You should contact your hosting and ask him what's the correct path to your PHP executable and to review your cronjob command.

My host gives me this path: /usr/bin/php/ home/alphamep/public_html/cli/akeeba-backup.php

But this fails also and gives this message: "Not a directory"

Is the path to php wrong?

Please use the following command:
/usr/bin/php home/alphamep/public_html/cli/akeeba-backup.php
Please note the missing trailing slash for the PHP path. Then you should be good to go.

I changed the command, but now i get a diverent respons:

Status: 404 Not Found
X-Powered-By: PHP/5.6.31
Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

No input file specified.

Sorry, the correct command is the following:
/usr/bin/php /home/alphamep/public_html/cli/akeeba-backup.php
