Joomla! seems to have forgotten to copy some of the updated files when installing the update. It is a bug in Joomla! that dates back to Joomla! 1.5.5. Nobody has fixed it and we are unfortunately not allowed (on pain of being unlisted from the Joomla! Extensions Directory, actually) to provide our own installer to prevent our clients from being bitten by Joomla's bugs. Let's work around that issue.
- Extract the ZIP file of Akeeba Backup / Admin Tools / Akeeba Ticket System.
- Find the lib_fof30.zip file inside it.
- Extract the lib_fof30.zip.
- Copy all the files from the fof folder into your site's libraries/fof30 folder. WARNING! DO NOT copy the files into your site's fof folder.
After that you can log back into your site's backend. Then please try installing the latest version of Akeeba Backup / Admin Tools / Akeeba Ticket System again,
without uninstalling it before.
