I assume you are talking about Akeeba eXtract Wizard? The link on our Download page leads you to https://github.com/akeeba/nativexplatform/releases/ which is, indeed, the download page for that software. Please do not click on another tab - unless you really want the source code :) On the Releases page I linked above you can see the release notes of the latest version right at the top of the page. Scroll a bit further down. Do you see the "Downloads" header? That's where GitHub puts the links to the actual download files. I will go on a limb and assume that you're looking for the Windows version. It's the first link AkeebaPortableToolsSetup.exe.
