Hello,

if your site is locally hosted on Windows, you'll have to use Windows Scheduled Tasks and put the string you can find inside Scheduling information page. Please remember to update the path to PHP executable with the correct one.

In recent Windows systems, you can run the command where php.exe and you should get the full path to the executable.
