Hello,

first of all try to apply a part size of 10Mb. You can find such option in Configuration page, under Archive Engine settings.

The same problem. Akeeba backup reseves the site up to 74 % and stoping.

Davide is gone for today but I think he will want to see an updated backup log to see if that change made any difference.

Morning! Why doesn't your Akeeba Backup component work? I need to decide that problem ASAP. Or pls back my money.

As I previously wrote:
first of all try to apply a part size of 10Mb. You can find such option in Configuration page, under Archive Engine settings.
If it still fails, try to exclude the folder /home/russpl01/.cagefs/tmp from your backup. You can find more details on that here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/akeeba-backup-documentation/exclude-data-from-backup.html#files-and-directories-exclusion
