I have some observations about things you have missed.
Since you have repeatedly failed to provide the correct connection information to the database I seriously doubt that you managed to do that by editing .php files. If you have no idea what I'm talking about you will very soon find out that both sites are entangled, i.e. changes to one will be reflected on the other. That's because they will both be using the same database.
Moreover, your cloned site is INSECURE if you manually transferred it because it has the same secret key in its configuration file as the original site. This means that, among other things, if I steal your cookies from one site I can spoof a login on the other site. Again, changing that requires at the very least editing a .php file. In Joomla versions prior to 3.6.4 it also requires decrypting and re-encrypting data in the database in some cases.
All these and much more are done automatically by ANGIE when restoring a site. Most of the necessary steps are not documented anywhere in Joomla!. You may find bits and pieces about them in forum posts from people who transferred a site manually but later found out it wasn't working as they expected.
Anyway. Since you asked me to close this case we will respect this and won't be providing any more support for this site transfer, neither in this ticket nor in any future ticket. Good luck!
