lease attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.
Without a log file all we can tell you is that your backup crashes either backing up a big table or while trying to make a listing of the folders and files in your site's root. The former can usually be dealt with by means of excluding the table contents from the backup or tweaking some settings. The latter usually requires the host to intervene but we have to tell you what to ask them. There's also a small chance it's something more rare. That's why we need the log file to help you.
