Hello,

what's the extension of the archive containing your site? JPA or JPS?
Can you please attach a screenshot of the error?
Can you take another backup using the JPA format (ie without the encryption)?

Hi ok I have installed site on another host but at the end of running kickstart where you go to site frontend or site backend it says site not on this server.
Any ideas

Do you have a .htaccess file on the new server? Can you please try to rename it to .htaccess_disabled?
Does the site load?

Ok, this means that there is some rule in the old .htaccess file that is not compatible with your new server.
Can you please use Joomla default htaccess file? You should have a htaccess.txt file in your root site, please rename it to .htaccess. If you don't have it, please download the latest Joomla version, extract it on your computer and upload the htaccess.txt file and then rename it.
This should fix your issue.
