EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Is it possible to save the backup file JPA only. I'm using akeeba to make a daily backup in a folder for my clients, but now the log files also are placed in that folder. That i don't want.

Or is there a way not show .log files by using htaccess or some other way?

Hello,

log files are not accessible from web, so you don't have to worry about it.
Log files are deleted when the record (backup + log) in the Manage Backups page is deleted: you can do this manually or you can setup quotas to do that automatically.
