I have install akeeba bakup professional 5.2.5.

I have backup store in our dropbox using for command line. But backup file is not store in drop box.

The backup you sent is almost empty. This is caused by the log level set to a wrong value. Please get inside the Configuration page and change the Log Level field to All information and debug.
Then take again the backup and attach it here. Please remember to zip it, since it will be a very large file.
