Dear all,

A few days I try to get a backup of my Joomla site with Akeeba Backup Prof. Every time the backup stops in Finalizing the backup at 50% status. Even with all support of al ticket on your website there is no succes.
The website is located on my Synology NAS DS412, where we have also other websites, with free version of Akeeba Backup and is still working.

Just done, hope to solve it:

- Re-install
- Disable directories and files from the backup
- Only made Mysql backup (successfully)

Maybe you've other suggestion to make an successfully backup, based on my log file?

Thanks in advance

Regard,

Andre Kemperman

Your backup hangs when we ask PHP to produce a listing of files and folders in the site's root. I can see two possible issues:

1. Due to the open_basedir restrictions PHP is not allowed to produce such a listing. You can see the open_basedir restrictions in the first page of the log file.

2. Is your site's root in a folder where you have hundreds to thousands of files / folders? That would cause PHP to run out of time or memory trying to scan the site's root. One way to deal with it is trying to switch to the Large Site file scanner engine in Akeeba Backup's Configuration.
