EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: Hi. In order to update a production site, I am migrating to a new server, but just before the process finish, I am getting the error shown at the screenshot attached. By the way, I am unable to find the log with the error details.

Please edit kickstart.php, around line 35 (depends on the version) you will see:
//define('KSDEBUG', 1);
you can delete the two slashes (//) at the beginning of the line. Retry Kickstart and it will create a debug.txt file that will give more information. Please zip and upload that file.
