We've got this error on backup:

Backup Failed

The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.
The last error message was:

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 404 (Not Found)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4

Not Found
The requested document was not found on this server.

Hello,

I suspect your host is killing the script because is using too many resources. A 500 error is thrown by your server, but since it doesn't find the correct error page, the generic 404 is raised.
That said, let's try to fix this issue. First of all, you should use the JPA format, since it uses less resources.

If it still fails, please use the following settings inside the Configuration page:
Minimum execution time: 5 seconds
Maximum execution time: 3 second
Runtime bias: 50%

Yes, minimum is greater than maximum, that's not a typo. Your backup will slow down, but it should complete.
