EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I'm trying to update my site from 3.4.5 to 3.6.4 and wanted to make a backup before, but it finishes with error

Here's the ALICE error:

Could not detect the used profile, test skipped

Additional database - Joomla database inclusion

I'm not sure what to do to get it to work.
Any advice?

The ALICE output does not give me enough information, please zip and post the backup log.

Does a manual backup work? You can disable the backup before update by disabling the Backup on Update plugin. If you do not have a current backup, we need to solve the backup problem before you upgrade.

Found the error - the hosting company didn't allow to transfer the backup to a remote server.
