EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I updated to the newest Joomla and started having some issues with my modules on the admin side. I thought it might be something with the upgrade Seeing as I am new to Akeeba, I decided it was the perfect time to test it out.

However, I can't seem to get my sight through the restoration.
can you help? I keep getting an error of "Unable to connect to the Database: Could not connect to MySQL."

I scanned through the documentation but honestly didn't fully understand it all.

During the restore, you are prompted for your database connection information, database name, user name and password. The error message is telling you that the credentials you entered will not allow the restore script to connect to the database. Please double check the credentials.

Thanks, I figured that out. I thought I had closed this ticket. I apologize.

Now I have a LARGER issue...I will post it in another ticket as it is a different issue.
Once I finished the update...my site was dead on arrival. I figure it is my fault...not sure...
