Description of my issue:
Hi,
I've made backup of my site www.witraze.info and unpacked it on http://www.witrazesc.com.pl/witraze/witraze_082016/
there is only one issue on front page at module JBZentool2 (named ARCHITECTURAL AND STAINED GLASS, VENETIAN MOSAICS, GLASS REPAIR, BENT GLASS - YOU ARE WELCOME!): the icons generated by sh404SEF (marking the links to other pages) has been resized to gigantic size.

It looks like your template doesn't regenerate one of its .map files it references in its CSS. Since this issue has to do with your template, not Akeeba Backup, I don't know how else I can help you :(
