Akeeba backup hangs part way through the backup

Looks like it is at '50%'
I didn't note any change in the indicator that showed which files were being backed up.

Accidentally entered this ticket twice

It looks like I had a large (300MB) zip file. When I excluded that that the backup went ahead OK

Not sure why it just failed though without giving a more specific explanation, but perhaps I'm not looking in the right place.
