Hello ...
one of my Clients is switching to another webmaster - so i want to deaktivate my Professional subsriptions for this website.
How do i downgrade Akeeba Backup and Andmin Tools to the Core Versions without loosing any data/configuration ?

There are a couple of ways you can approach this. You can simply remove your Download ID from Akeeba Backup and Admin Tools and your soon to be former client can continue to use the current Pro versions, but can not update to the next version without buying a subscription. This avoids the possible perception that you have "damaged" the site as it was leaving.

To actually remove the Pro version, you would simply need to install the Core version over the current install and it will downgrade. I would recommend doing that twice, back to back, without doing anything in between.
