EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

First i did the configuration wizard. See log file

Then a backup up, but this never ends, last server response >1000 sec, see knipsel.jpg

How to solve?

Regards Michel

Hello Michel,

it seems that the backup process dies when it tries to scan the contents of your site root.
This usually happens when there is a permission error.
If you navigate inside the File and directory exclusion, do you get any result?

Tell him that we can't list the contents of your root site.
You could attach a screenshot of the File and Directory exclusion.
