Hi,

i am building a new intranet. Every i do a backup. Today backup does not work. Analyse it with Alice gives as a result:

------ BEGIN OF ALICE RAW OUTPUT -----

------ END OF ALICE RAW OUTPUT -----

Can you give me a tip what i can do?

Regards
Frank

Frank,

Please zip and attach your log file. It is much more useful in figuring out what is happening than the ALICE output.

The backup is stopping so fast even the log does not have much information. Please go to Configuration, in the Basic Configuration section, make sure "Use database storage for temporary data" is not checked. The error message seems to indicate that it had trouble storing its "bookmark" in the database, so we just won't use it.
