We are trying to create a simple back-up but it is failing near to the end of the process, but not creating an error message.
All the processes illustrated by the green bars are being completed but the process seems to hang at the very last step and the server stops responding. We have let it run till the server response timer is up into the hundreds of seconds but it just runs continuously.
We have uninstalled and then reinstalled Akeeba a couple of times. It seems to hang on certain files, but even after we have removed them from the back-end it goes onto hang on a different file.
