I can't backup the site. I send you the link to the the log file:

And when I try to update joomla fron 3.5.11 to joomla 3.6, the joomls system redirect me to Akeeba for to do a backup...is normal?

The automatic backup is triggered by the System - Backup on update plugin. If you do not want that backup to occur, you can disable the plugin. You really should have a backup before you upgrade.

It looks like you may be backing up multiple sites.

If those folders are not part of your current Joomla! site, you can exclude them from the backup. It is a bad idea to back up multiple sites in one archive. It is usually easy enough to back them up, but restoring a single site is a nightmare.

If you do need those folders, you should try reducing the part size of the archive. Under Configuration, on the Archiver Engine line click Configure, then change the Part size for split archive to something lower than the current 1999.
