I have a 1TB cloud subscription at Stack by Transip here in the Netherlands. We upload using webdav.
--
Credentials are correct, a file is sent to the cloudserver, but it is 0KB in size, backup is 66MB.
--
The same happens on other sites using Akeeba.
--
Akeeba reports no errors and says backup went ok.
--
Your suggestions are more than welcome...
--
debug log mentions nothing...
it contains some comments and two lines
--- START OF RAW LOG --
--- END OF RAW LOG ---

First, we need to modify the Configuration for the profile you are using to do the backup. Please change the Log Level to "All information and debug". The "Errors only" setting does not give enough information. Please try the backup again and then zip and post your log file. It should be considerably larger this time.

Good evening

debug file uploaded

and again as i received an error

The backup thinks the upload was successful, but a zero byte file really doesn't count. I need to talk to Davide about this, he is not available at the moment. I will let you know as soon as I have a chance to talk to him about it.

Hello Pierre,

can you please set a part size of 10Mb and try again?
Sadly WebDAV is a web "standard": they all agreed on a standard behavior and then everyone is doing whatever he wants. I suspect that such a big file is simply rejected by the remote server, without reporting an error. So Akeeba Backup is not notified and thinks the backup is successfully uploaded.

Good afternoon,

I have tested several part sizes, but the problem was not solved (unfortunately). Therefore I have decided tot upgrade my dropbox account to business and continue using that as my prime backup destination (works like a breeze). Thanks for your support, I understand that this is a webdav compatabillity issue. As far as I am concerned you can close this ticket.
