When I try to make a backup.

Could not open /homepages/11/d315029261/htdocs/joomlas/web_ies_juancarlos/administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup/fe029c32.sql for append, in DB dump

Hello,

can you please double check if you have enough disk space?
If you have, I suspect your hosting is blocking the backup script because it's using too many resources.
Please use the following values in the configuration page:
Minimum execution time: 5 seconds
Maximum execution time: 3 seconds
Runtime bias: 50%

Yes, minimum is greater than maximum, that's not a typo. That will slow down the backup, avoiding to consume too many resources.
