EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I have tried several times to update my Akeeba Backup pro to the latest version 4.5.5

I get the sam message:

I am also told that I have to enter my ID . But I cant find a way to do it. I have read the instructions
" Begin by going to your site and clicking on Components, Akeeba Backup. In the top part of the Control Panel page you will find the Component Parameters button. Click on it."
I cant see the Component parameters bottom.

I have also tried to upload the the zip-file but I get the same error message.

The Parameters button is actually called Options in recent versions of Joomla!. Please go to Components, Akeeba backup. You can find the Options button in the toolbar, i.e. the area right below the Joomla! back-end menu.

That said, it's very possible for servers with old versions of OpenSSL or servers with an outdated certificate authority cache to be unable to connect to our server (and the servers of other extension developers which use HTTPS to protect your privacy). We have already identified a bug in Joomla! related to that but the Joomla! project decided to not fix it. In this case you need to perform a manual update: download the ZIP file of Akeeba Backup from our site and install it on your site like any other extension, WITHOUT uninstalling Akeeba Backup before doing that. This will let Joomla! perform a manual update. This information is also available in our documentation.

Thank you for quick response. I found the "option button" and used my ID.
I succeeded uploading the new version.
