Description of my issue:

I have registered for Akeeba Backup Pro yesterday.
The first installation of the plugin on a joomla instance worked great.
But I have a small issue with further joomla instances and the download id.

I have created several sub-download-ids for 2 more installations of the plugin. After installation and opening the Akeeba Backup start page a message comes up asking for the download id. Now I copy the download id into the field within the message and click on apply. Everything seems fine. But if I open the startpage again, the plugin is asking me for the download id again.

Please support, how I can solve this.

Does the Download ID stick if you enter it through the Options screen? There should not be anything different about the add on ID vs. the main ID.

Good hint.
I was not aware of the download id field in the options page.
With that, it was worked and it seems the download id is saved now.
Thank you.

But this error was independet of add-ID or main-ID.
It happened with both.
