Description of my issue:
I am getting the follwing error after attempting to backup using OneDrive as the post processing to a subfolder that already exists on the OneDrive account, but iff I backup to the root OneDrive folder it works fine.

So it seems that while I was posting this ticket that Akeeba Backup version 4.5.2 was published and installing that update seems to have resolved the issue.

Thanks for the great product and great upkeep.
