EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Backup fails after post-processing 3 times for 180sec each time. Files seem to have been transferred successfully to AWS S3, however. Log file attached.

------ BEGIN OF ALICE RAW OUTPUT -----
Timeout while backing up
There is already an issue with the backup engine saving its state. Please fix it before continuing.

Post-processing engine and archive part size
A post-processing engine is found, but no part size is set; this could lead to timeout issues

Large files issues
The following files are too big and can cause backup issues:
File: <root>/images/task-attached/docs-for-rize/progit-en.56.pdf 25.85 Mb
File: <root>/plugins/system/jsecure/jsecure/fonts/calibril.svg 23.3 Mb

------ END OF ALICE RAW OUTPUT -----

Thanks, SOHO Prospecting Team

Yep, that's a problem. You are trying to upload a 2 Gb part to S3 in a single step. That just isn't going to happen.

Go into the S3 setup in Configuration and enable the multi-part upload. That works on most servers, it breaks the file into parts on your web server, uploads the small parts, then reassembles the parts on S3. So you end up with the same two part backup archive that you have now, but you used smaller chunks of time to achieve the upload.

Some servers have trouble with multi-part uploads, if multi-part gives us trouble we'll look at the archive part size, which is what ALICE was referring to.
