Hi Nick,

I have been trying to back-up my website but the log shows very small file compared to the entire site. In this respect, I run ALICE troubleshooter and got the following message:

Description of my issue:
------ BEGIN OF ALICE RAW OUTPUT -----
Additional database - Wrong access details
Could not detect the used profile, test skipped

Additional database - Joomla database inclusion
Could not detect the used profile, test skipped

------ END OF ALICE RAW OUTPUT -----

Please note that analysis of Backend (id1) and Backend (id10) showed no errors.

Please find attched the back-up I just got when I back-up a few minutes ago..

mhm... that's pretty strange.
I suspect your host is messing up with Akeeba Backup files.
Did you experience this just once or repeated times?
Could you please install Akeeba Backup twice in a row, without uninstalling it?
