EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Hi there,

I have the issue, that Temp directory is the same as the site root. The backup works fine and it has about 150 MB. Does the backup work or not?
I have changed all the things shown in that article but still got that massage..
What shall I do about that?
Regards klaus

Found the mistake!!
Thanks!

Klaus,

I am glad you got it figured out.

For almost any problem that you have with a backup, we need the backup log. The log contains the tmp path, the files that are skipped and the files that are included in the backup. The answers to all the mysteries are there, but you didn't post it. That means that either your answer is delayed while we request the log or we have to guess.

Something to keep in mind for next time. :-)
