EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I have a persistent error no matter what I tried on thesnackinpatch.com. I tried FTP and Hybrdid etc but still get the same error over and over again. Changed permission on files to 777 as well, nothing works.

AN ERROR OCCURED
The file is not a JPA archive

The file is larger than 2mb....so link is thesnackinpatch.com/site-thesnackinpatch.com-20150620-094500.jpa

Hope you can help me out as this is the only backup I have at this point in time.

Is this a multi part archive? What you have as the jpa file is not valid on its own, it looks like there should be more parts.
