EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Hi

I have restored a site to a new location and frontend backups gives this error:

500 ERROR -- Cannot save factory state in file storage, storage key /var/www/vhosts/nyboeselskabslokale.dk/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup/akeeba_frontend

The site is no longer at:
/var/www/vhosts/nyboeselskabslokale.dk

But at
/var/www/vhosts/nyboekro.dk

How do I fix this?
Thanks!

Regards
Thomas

Hello Thomas,

backend backups are running fine?
Could you please attach the log of the failed backup?

Yes backend works fine.
There's no log?

Uninstalled and reinstalled Akeeba, seems to work now :-)

Good, I was going to suggest such solution.
Sometimes Joomla forgets to copy all files, a reinstall usually fixes that
