Description of my issue:
Hello
I have for some time a problem with the Admin Tools and Akkeba backup. There are data from the /web/cli directory. They disappear completely by itself. Recently the files admintools* It is currently the akkeeba* files. 16 From my 20 domains are affected. I copied manually the files in the /web/cli directories.

Today I updated the Akeeba Backup System to 3.4.5

How can this happen?

You should ask your host. Most likely they have an overzealous file scanner which throws a false positive and deletes legitimate files like the ones in our extensions.
