I'm trying to import a backup taken with Akeeba Backup from Amazon S3 using Kickstart 4.1.1 to a new server. But when I try to do the import I get this error message:

S3::listBuckets(): [77] error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt CApath: none

I've taken a look at the file referenced in the error message and it's a ca bundle file with lots of certs. Is the issue that the CApath is missing? If that is the case what certificate is it Kickstart needs? Is it the root certificate for the cert the server uses?

This is a newly installed WHM/cPanel server.

Nicholas is on vacation, Davide is taking care of some important family business and I don't know the answer to your question. We can't fix it today.

You can work around the issue by downloading the archive to your local computer and uploading it to the target server, then kickstart should be able to extract it.

I apologize for the inconvenience, this is normally a question that we would refer to Nicholas, all I can give you is the work around.

I found the problem now. I'm using Cloudlinux and the problem was that my jailed user didn't have access to the ca certs so Curl SSL didn't work properly.

I'm glad you got it figured out.
