EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

When I log into adminisatration I get the following fatal error.

Fatal error: Class 'Akeeba\Engine\Platform' not found in /home/tfhaustr/public_html/plugins/quickicon/akeebabackup/akeebabackup.php on line 198

Please delete the directory plugins/quickicon/akeebabackup in your site's public_html directory using either FTP or cPanel's File Manager. Then install Akeeba Backup 4.3.1 twice in a row, without uninstalling anything in between. This will let Joomla! copy the files it forgot to copy before and fix this issue.
