EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Unexpected result from Akeeba\Engine\Postproc\Onedrive: -1

Tried 4mb to 20mb and refreshing auth keys

Hello Margarita,

can you please set the level of the log to All information and debug inside the configuration page and try to take another backup?
Then please attach here the log, so I can analyze it

Hello, I just updated to Akeeba Backup Professional 4.3.1. (TYVM)

Can you please try again applying these settings?
  • Inside the post processing engine options, disable the Enable chunk upload option
  • Under the Archiver engine, set a part size of 50Mb

Sometimes OneDrive rejects files that are too big. Please try again and let me know how it goes

Thanks, your suggestion got my problem solved.

- Disabled "Enable chunk upload", under post processing engine options
- Under "Archiver engine" > "JPA format (recommended)", I selected "20.00"

Then ran backup.

(Also applied settings on earlier TS threads as well: disabled "Enable chunk upload" & "Chunk size" 20, under "Post-processing engine")

Thanks a lot.
