Dear Akeeba staff,

I am currently running into a very strange problem (two screenshots attached). I do have Akeeba Backup Professional running at version 4.2.4 and my subscription is up to date. Though, Akeeba Configuration isn't showing me the option and setting for the Data Processing Engine so I can upload my backups to Dropbox.

What is wrong here?

Hello Daniel,

most likely you have a partial install, please install Akeeba Backup twice, without uninstalling it.
That should fix your issue.

Hi Davide,

thanks alot for the quick response. Reinstalling actually did the job and the menue entry is there again. Unfortunately the transfer to my DropBox doesn't work (see attachment for error message).

I authenticated (both steps) successfully but the transfer doesn't seem to work as soon as the backup has been taken.

Can you please try to take a full new backup?
If it fails, please attach its log here, so I can double check what's going on.
