EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

i have Akeeba Backup Professional installed. When i start backup, it halts at 74% and then after some time, it throws below error. Can you please help. Let me know the mail id on which i can share the Admin Login details. The log files are almost empty, though attached.

Hello Sharat,

first of all change the debug level inside Akeeba Backup configuration page and set it to All info and debug, then try to take a backup once again.
After that, please attach the new log to the ticket, so I can understand what's going on.

Well... I was going to reply you with this post, but I saw that you already fixed your issue.
Anyway, I'll leave it here for reference.

Please try selecting JPA as archive format.
Moreover I can see you have several large files included in your backup, please exclude them (you can see the list inside ALICE report).
Try again and please post here the new log (if it fails).
