EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I use Akeeba backup on many sites and many hosted on the same server. This is the first time I have seen this...the configuration screen does not contain any of the entries.

It is probably simple, but I could not find the answer.

That's not right.

Please clear your browser cache, I think you have upgraded from the old icons to the new icons and that is causing a problem

If this is not an upgrade, then manually install Akeeba Backup twice, back to back, without doing anything in between. Do not uninstall the component, that will cause you to lose all your settings and possibly your stored backups. The "install twice" trick usually works around an intermittent bug in the Joomla! installer code.

That was it....this site has been going through the painful process of upgrading from Joomla 1.5.
