Description of my issue:

Hi Nicholas,

I have trouble creating a backup with Wordpress. Getting stuck at 50%. I read previous tickets on this where you suggested reinstalling (I installed this morning from the backend store). Now I wanted to download from your site but cannot find the download for either core or pro. I keep ending up on this page:

But no download button there.

You have a JOOMLADELUXE subscription which only includes our Joomla! software. It doesn't include Akeeba Backup Professional for WordPress. Therefore you'll have to use Akeeba Backup CORE for WordPress. Due to the WordPress Plugin Directory regulations we cannot host the download ourselves. You will have to either download it from the plugins directory or, more easily, install it directly inside your WordPress site: go to Plugins, Add New and in the search box (at the top right corner) enter Akeeba Backup and press the ENTER key on your keyboard. You'll see Akeeba Backup CORE for WordPress right there. Click Install and there you go!

Hi Nicholas,

yeah, that's how I installed it in the first place. I'll try from the directory now.
Anyway, I attach a log, so maybe you can already see what's going on.
It's "Closing SQL dump file." that keeps repeating.

You have a huge file called bouletta.zip with a size of 14854616629 bytes (13.83 Gigabytes). I'm pretty sure you don't want to back it up. It takes so long to back up that your host kills the backup process.

This was actually one of the smaller files that I now excluded. There was more than 100GB in zips and a backup folder (while hosting limit is 30GB ...). The successful jpa, after exclusions, is now 1 GB.
