EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I run everyday a backup via a cronjob. The backup itself is running smoothly BUT the post backup is supposed to send the files to box.com via the webdav settings.
This procedure was running smoothly for months and it stopped suddenly to work since 2 weeks approximately and it seems there is no rule as the behavior is erratic.

I've just tried to run a cron job every 5 minutes and on 1 out of 3 backups only one is transferred without problem to my box account. The other ones are just mentioned OK with an hyperlink to transfer the files manually.

Any clue how to restore a good behavior ?

Thanks for your support.

Hello,

do you get a specific error?
Can you please attach a log of a failing backup?
I suspect Box.com server are randomly rejecting the connection: this is something we already saw with Amazon. If this is the case, sadly there's nothing we can do.

After a careful review, I think there is a timeout issue when transferring the file to box.
Will try another web storage service :-(

Thanks

If you get a timeout error, please try lowering your part size, usually that does the trick.
