Description of my issue:
I'm running the local site on Windows 2008 with IIS 7 and PHP version 5.5.12 and MySQL 5.0.11

Akeeba backups manually fine. However, I need an automate-backup solution since I can't do manual backup everyday. I just bought the PRO version in hope that I can automatically to do daily backup but I could not find any documents about it.

Please help or point me to the documents that show me how to setup the Automatically Backup for Windows 2008 R2 IIS 7 (Local Host for small office)

Please press the Scheduling Information on the Backup Control Panel screen.

You want the top option, Command-Line CRON jobs (recommended). Now, IIS doesn't have a CRON function, it uses Scheduled Tasks instead. So when you see CRON, just read Scheduled Task.
