Description of my issue:
Hi, I have a issue when make a backup. The first time when the backup is at 75% the system interrupt showing the error page that indicate to read the file log.

After setting backup profile with size, the backup finished but shows again white page and if I refresh the page not open the site; how the dns is freezed.

I attached the file log.

Please can tell me how solve this issue?

Giulio,

You are correct, the backup completes successfully. There is no indication of a problem in the log file.

The white page is usually caused by a hidden PHP error. In your Joomla! Global Configuration file, change the Error reporting to "Development" and Debug to "Yes". Then do another backup. Those changes will not fix any error, it will make Joomla! display the error that is causing the problem.
