EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I can not restore the site on another server, the following message occurs: SQL = CREATE DATABASE CHARACTER SET `` dalpaic1_cpdp` utf8`
What should I do ??

You need to manually create the database and user prior to starting the restore. The restore script does not have enough permissions to create the database, only to restore the tables and data into and existing one.

After you create the database, you can just call your site, www.mysite.com, and you will be redirected to the beginning of the restore process. You don't need to go through the kickstart step again.
