As it says on the initial screen, there is a vulnerability in Kickstart Pro. If you use Kickstart to download an archive there is a possibility that a "man in the middle" could substitute a compromised version of your backup archive while you are downloading it. The attacker would have to know you are downloading the archive and would have to know the name of the program you are running and would have to already have a compromised version of your backup archive. The odds of this happening are insanely small, but it is theoretically possible. Renaming Kickstart Pro to something else significantly reduces the possibility of this happening, reducing the odds to virtually nothing. Kickstart Core does not have this vulnerability because it can't download an archive file.
Please check the permissions on your kickstart.php file (or renamed version). The permissions should be 755. If that is what they are, you can try 777. This is not a permanent file, so having it "too loose" for a short period of time is not a serious risk.
