EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

For some reason the upload of backups from my site to DropBox last happened successfully on 30th September. When checking on the site using FTP I could see the archives saved on the host so this part of the process seems to have worked.

Ran Alice and received the error messages that are showing in the attached screenshots but I am confused as I cannot see where I need to make the change to the settings.

Thanks

David

Hello David,

looking at your log, it seems that you set a chunk size that is too large. As per our documentation, you should use something between 5-20 Mb, otherwise you could run out of memory, which is exactly what you are experiencing.
Please lower the chunk size inside the configuration page and try again.

Davide

Thank you for this and sorry for the delay in replying but the notification email had been knocked into the spam folder by my ISP - that is the first time that has happened.

I have adjusted the chunk size as you suggest and all is now working OK.

Thank you for your assistance.

David
